So we're under a week away till what has already become the largest Knight Rider presence ever. Friends of the site are already headed towards Las Vegas to enjoy the city before the festival (we're jealous!)
We want to be sure to meet everyone of you, so we wanted to outline some things about how. Look for this banner that I'm including on the post to find us (Mike's holding it below, and I think it looks awesome - it was really a great effort between Sue, Mike and I - nice work guys!) Beyond that the three of us will be roaming the festival filming for the site and eventual DVD package - just look for the Knight Rider Online t-shirts! (well hopefully that wont be so simple...)
We'll have a table setup before the VIP party at 2pm Friday where you can pickup your badges, t-shirts or just say hello! On Saturday we'll have a table that we'll be manning in the afternoon again for badge pickup or to continue to sell shirts and pins for the charity.
(The badges don't get you into anything special - just a friendly icebreaker when we come across people in passing.)
Additionally, we'd love to setup a meeting time for everyone to meetup - but since the schedule is so full its kind of tricky. We were thinking we could all have dinner together on Saturday. Let us know if that would be something guys would like to do. My first thought was a bar, but then we couldn't bring people under 21, which I'm sure there are a few of you.

REMEMBER: those of you who aren't going - check back on KRO as we will be providing live updates on a special page we'll be announcing in the next few days. We're the exclusive site to cover the event and the VIP party graciously backed by Paul Casey - so spread the word!
6 days to go!
- Neil, Mike, Matthew and Sue!

I'm in on the dinner.
We are now getting weather reports in an it looks like it's going to be 77F Thursday and 75F Friday which ROCKS!!! It also says it will be cloudy which will be good for filming but kinda scary for rain chances. It will def change though the closer we get to the date though as this is only about 50% accurate with the clouds

lets keep our fingers crossed and pray for nice weather the whole weekend

Fortunately the Fremont Experience is under coverage - but not sure how rain and humidity in Vegas play...

Lets just hope that they don't have any of the replicas parked in any underground parking lots incase it rains heavily
(circa 1983) when the cars were brought to las vegas for filming Goliath and they got flooded in a under ground lot!

Registered replicas for the event will be parked in assigned locations. Paul Casey will address designated spots when the car owners arrive. You cannot just park your car anywhere on Fremont Street for the event.

Hey Guys and Gals, what's up?!! This is batsbutler and I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and yes Vegas has grown up and out from the original photos. There will be no rain!!! I'm assuming that you've already got everything already set up. But you cannot drive on Fremont Street it's now called The Fremont Street Experience with an overhead huge up to date futuristic movie type screen! As far as getting a spot set up for all the cars, there are many, and with(former Mob lawyer turned Mayor) Oscar Goodman trying to draw more attention to the downtown area(i.e. Fremont Street Experience) since most of the newest and biggest hotels/casinos are uptown along South Las Vegas Blvd but given the proper permission from the Mayor, given the amount of cars KITT/KI3T's and hopefully star appearances it will definitely be off the hook!!! I'm here for you!

A whole lot. I hear that of all the cities in the world, Vegas is THE NUMBER ONE hot spot for re-inventing itself on a regular basis.
I've seen comparison photos from various Los Angeles locations and Vegas far outdoes LA in face lifts.
