knight rider online

I saw this advertised on my facebook page one day and decided to give everyone a challenge including me.

After taking the quiz I realized that this is a quiz for idiots. Was KITT on tv for 4 or 5 years? I thought it was 4. I think the guy who made the quiz was a fan of Dallas and not KITT.

I'd imagine they were trying to be "tricky" or smart because technically the answer would be five since Knight Rider first aired in 1982, so that's year one and then so on until 1986. Which would make it 1982, '83, '84, '85 and '86. Still, that question is horribly worded.

Actually, if it asked "In how many years did Knight Rider air" then it would be five but if it just asked, as it did, "How many years did Knight Rider air?" The answer would be four since one season is generally considered a year of programming. They could be one of those people who think Knight Rider ended in 1987 also... *shrugs*

Interesting image used there, I have a feeling they're a member here, heh. Then again it could have been taken from else where. >_> Then again, that quiz just seems to be more along the lines of spam you would get in an e-mail due to the "rewards" offered.

Yeah I failed that one as well.. 5 years Though I'm finding out you shouldn't click on any of those facebook ads, some are spam and some seem to be fishing schemes. Don't give out your credit card info for these "free" offers. And the last one I clicked on kept popping up windows till I force quit. Arrrgg!

The question should have been worded "How many seasons did Knight Rider air?" But technically the "right answer" is four years all the way around because if Knight Rider was on for five years, the show would have ended in 1987.
But the guy, that created that quiz sure as hell ain't "Glen A. Larson or David Hasselhoff".

I think It was on 3 years and 6 months give or take a few days by my calculations. Where are our math whizzes and their calculators. I love how much we are thinking about it. He He.
