Don't forget to write letters to Ford Motor Company

I believe that letters to Ford would have a major impact on whether or not we get a 2nd Season. Ford is the major advertiser for the series and is using the placement of the Mustang and other vehicles as well as commercials during the show for advertising. If they feel like their advertising is working then perhaps they'll push NBC for a second season and continue backing the show financially. There's been alot of talk on other threads about Nielson ratings. I think one of the reasons Nielson ratings are so important is because advertisers look at them when deciding which shows and networks to place their advertising. I think that by showing our support to Ford directly we could show them that people are watching and paying attention. I personally believe that securing Ford's backing for a 2nd season is the single-most important thing we could be doing, though we should continue writing NBC too.
I know personally, my next car will be a Mustang in large part because of the show -- though I will have to wait for the economy to get better before buying a new car. I think it would be worth letting Ford know that they have had an impact on people's buying decisions. If anyone else has plans to buy a Ford Mustang (or other vehicle featured on the show), you should let Ford know.
Does anyone know who to send a letter to at Ford?
