Can KRO advertise Knight Rider on MySpace?

This thing of NBC not advertising enough on the media is really bugging me. As a myspace user, I see many tv shows, artists, etc. being advertised on Myspace fromt page. The question is can we as a fan site advertise the show that way or does NBC directly have to do it. I personally do not want to let Knight Rider go by unnoticed by the millions of myspace users in the US.
Also, last week when I went to the movies broadcasters advertised their shows on the movie previews. Another idea?
The input of those with communication with NBC is greatly appreciated.
