knight rider online

This is a poem I wrote about the original Knight Rider series:

He is my number 1 hero,

yet some people think he's zero,

he is my biggest obsession,

and in my most prized possession.



He Turbo Boosts to freedom,

and also to his stardom,

his close friend changed his name,

KITT drives while Michael plays a video game.



Michael is KITT's friend,

a promise until it ends,

it shall go on forever,

with fans it shall stop never.



His adventures shall never be beat,

nor will they ever cease,

people imagining the new show,

Knight Rider is coming back home.


I would like some feedback on how good you think it is! Thank you for taking your time to read this!

Fast as fast can go,
Mike is not alone,
his friend is by his side,
with weapons and AI.

I do believe he's good,
and right under his hood,
there many secrets lie,
including his AI.

Never doubt his power,
for in just one little hour,
He shows us great technology,
and how he's sometimes funny.

That's pretty cool! Do you do a lot of poetry writing? You certainly are quite creative and did a good job with the rhymes.

yes, I do write a lot, but it isn't always poetry. Thanks, I'm sure it would have been better if I used my rhyming dictionary. But then again, nothing is perfect when it comes to a kid.

I wish I had your talent in writing poetry... Great work!

Thank you! It doesn't take much. You have to know rhythm and how to rhyme. That is all.

A very long time ago,I believe 8 years ago or even more I read this on a website and liked it.

Here goes:

LET IT BE ME

"One man can make a difference"
That is what he said
Everyday I hear those words
running through my head

Though I fought him every step
I learned to love that man
and he handed me a kay to a door
that i really don't understand

Now I'm out here all alone
with just a car to call friend
We sure don't get along
yet there's something about him...

I'm standing at the border
of what was and what could be

Please,let that man be me

That is really cool! I like that poem. I could never compare. That is just so good.

I saw this subject heading and just couldn't resist.

Here is one of my Knight Rider pieces.

They came from the dark, the very deep dark
To the sound of spinning wheels
They kicked up dust, and laid down rubber
As the road beneath’em squealed.

They shot out fast, as their quarry flew past
Desperate to catch its tail
The night was shattered by the engine’s throb
And the turbines’ high-pitched wail

Off they sped, as their opponent fled,
Like a bloodhound hot on a trail
And the ruby scream of the scanner's sweep
Cried out, they would not fail.

For this was they, as legends say,
Those that fought for right
The blackened blur of a speeding car
And a rider by the name of Knight.
