Jaime, our resourceful photog who got us our first glimps at attack KITT, has managed to snap some more behind the scenes pictures. These are of the filming of the
bank heist scenes in episode 17.

Shooting continues today! I'm working nearby, so I'll try to catch some action during my lunch hour. Let me just say that it looks like an action packed episode! Gary Scott Thompson is actually directing the episode! I'll walk by the set later. I can actually see the action so close from the outside gates! Awsome! It's cool to see Justin B running around too.

Er, no. I think he meant the spoiler on KITT, it's a bit different but I can't pinpoint what's different.

hehe, i didn't think of that.
It looks like (last pic) the spoiler is a molded on to the trunk rather than a seperate attachment.

Trying to read the liscence plates like people who are into Star Trek read into the Star Dates...Never thought of it that way...How cool!

Apart from the fact that its the same plate all through series barring the halloween episode.

Hmm, well the car with the tinted windows is obviously the stunt or "KITT car" as in the one they're using for when KITT is driving himself so yeah, they could certainly pop in a different scanner and have it be KARR. Of course they could just leave it alone and just have the VM be a different color too.. Should be easy enough.

But in all seriousness thanks sooo much to Jaime for his tip on all the action going on down town. And thank you sooo much GST and all the crew of KR for welcoming me on set for an unplanned visit. Everyone there was abundantly warm and friendly.
I will have lots more photos and videos soon.
