I would think either over the pond, used as stock footage in a number of episodes, or in A Good Knight's Work, where KITT went from the parking garage to the apartment.

Actually, I think it was that time he jumped from one parking garage to another in some episode, because I remember Kitt saying before the jump that this jump was long then his other recorded turbo boosts. Can't remember what episode that was in though...

No, that's not the episode, they went into one parking garage up to the top looking for a car and people, and the ones they wanted were on the roof of another parking garage, and they turbo boosted over to the other roof, and kitt commented about it being longer then his previous jumps. It wasn't kittnap, I think, and where above was it mentioned?

I think you're right, Katt. I'm sure the one you're talking about is 'KITT the Cat', the Geena Davis episode from the second series. They are going after the cat burglar, and end up on the roof.

what about the turbo boost at the end of the below-average ep "merchants of death" when we see the awful model shot of KITT jumping over the helicopter?

Yeah, despite it looking pretty cheesy I think that was the longest over the chopper, which was no Airwolf by the way, just a jetranger.

The turbo boost from the gravel pit in The Big Iron was pretty long as well. That was actually more high, if that counts.
