Let me be the first person you contact if you wanna get rid of them seats.

Not a big fa of the wheels. I was about to buy a set of NOS AERO Turbo Cast wheels a few weeks ago but the deal fell through.

CJaguar442,
Nice looking car. I've got a '91 TA myself. They're definitely fun to drive. Enjoy it.

let me be the first to say "it is TOO nice to be converted into a KITT" My dad had the same car in 93 and it was 'tired' but if i would have known you could get parts to make a replica i would have bought it off him. we sold it for 3000 dollars in 95. the ONLY thing missing was the aero full size wheel covers that covered the turbo cast rims (why would you want to cover the ALL aluminum rim with a 15" hubcap

). and the radio did not work half the time and even having a new power brake booster the brakes always felt 'mushy' but it had the 4 wheel discs though

.
here is a shot of the car with the full wheel covers. the rims under the caps are IDENTICAL to the turbos on KITT.

Aerodynamics. And they looked cool as hell.

my dead line to start converting the trans am to kitt would be October 26, 2015 in the mean time i will just put a bumper sticker that says: "When this baby goes 88 mph you are going see some serious sh@#" for laughs and get a flux capacitor replica and put it in the back window

Ditto. I'll buy it off of you 1st. You're better off finding a base Firebird or something. DON'T CONVERT THAT CAR. I saw some guy in Tokyo convert an '89 20th ann. Turbo T/A Pace Car into a KITT replica. Sorry, but if I ever meet him, I swear, I'll kill 'em!

Some one years ago posted about a mint, barn-find 82 with a few hundred original miles and wanting to convert it.

Yea that would be a pretty funny sticker along with the flux capacitor. You could get a sticker that says, the flux capacitor is... fluxing. My favorite line from the movie
