I'm not too worried yet. Studios battle eachother all the time. It's part of the business. Lawyers on both sides will do a bunch of grandstanding, they'll come to an agreement, and then move on.
I have every confidence the NBC project will continue to move forward as planned and we fans will be treated to a new Knight Rider next year.

Does this mean there could be another (?)Delay(?) 'til we'll see the new Knight Rider? If there's a legal battle it could take a long time.. At least it would if it was here in Italy

It's been stated more than enough times here that any of the legal battling shouldn't affect either the television or feature film production.
