Is that really real? The thing that makes me most suspicious about that is how similar that box looks to the Knight Rider Season box sets....

That cover does look like it has been made, the edging around their heads doesn't look right, this might have been made with Photoshop or something like that.

I also checked Universal Studio's homepage for the DVD and it only had the original four box sets of KR. :)

As for the series itself, we'll even if it is offically released, it won't be part of my collection. I remember being really excited 10 or so years ago when I first heard about it, thinking that this series would fix what KR 2000 stuffed up, but not so.

I don't think the "team" formula works (unless it's in the semi!) as KR is about what "one man can make a difference".

They didn't even have any GM cars in it, let alone a Pontiac (yes, I know that's Ponitac's fault!). :-( All those Fords? Not for me thanks!

When did Ford become part of GM? Did I miss something? Links to articles?

As for the DVD, it's probably bootleg and buying it might even be illegal (depending on where you live).

Also the video doesn't seem to work (in Firefox 2.0). Clicking on it takes you to YouTube but it says the video is 'private' and you have to be accepted on their friend's list to see it. :?

From the screen shot of the video on the page there (the You Tube image), it doesn't look very clear. Looks like it might be converted from VHS tape. But stuff like that one can't always be too sure.

If Universal actually released this, we'd probably have known by now. ;)

Ford isn't part of GM, and what's wrong with Ford cars anyway? We need a bada$$ talking pickup.
I wish those DVDs were real but alas, at this point they look totally bootleg. *sigh*

If this were real, you'd hear it at one of these 2 sources first, if not immediately following...

I bet if someone reported it to eBay they'd remove it. But a lot of bootleg stuff does get through.

I honestly dont think we should report it. There are alot of people out there desperate to have the episodes of TKR on dvd, no matter how bad it was lol, but Universal or whoever has the rights to it wont release it. So let it be available to those who want it :)

Also, people who PURCHASE pirated stuff can face fines and even jail time, not just the seller. So it also puts the purchaser at risk (at least in the US I've heard where it can happen).

I don't chance it with stuff like that.
