One of the problems with selling the board game (and the lunchbox for that matter) is that they are relatively easy to find. They appear on eBay pretty often, and I see them at Conventions and collectible stores. That drops the demand and the price a lot. It seems like a shame for you to lose an item like that for only $5. Unless yuo can really use the 5 bucks (or the storage space in your room) I would raise the minimum bid and if it doesn't sell, hang on to it and try again in a few months. You just have to time the market. (Christmas is coming up...)
