David Hasselhoff star on walk of fame

My sister is on vacation in California.She took a walk down the walk of fame and found some great celebrity stars.She took this one for me.



Anyone know when he got the star?was it during his knight rider days?baywatch days?young and the restless?

He received it in 1996, so it was in the middle of his Baywatch years.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Star ceremony. I don't remember a lot of the details, but I do recall the announcer reading off a long list of Hasselhoff's credits and the crowd was just kind of quiet. When he read "Knight Rider" I screamed out something like "Yay Knight Rider!" and the announcer stopped and said something like "there ya go!" and then the rest of the crowd started cheering.
