My KR poster design

Post by rulloa81 » Thu Dec 07, 2006 8:28 pm

I saw the image of KITT that md_knight_rider posted in this forum so I took it and I made a poster design out of it. This is a mock-up and it's just for creative purposes but I think that this would be a pretty cool poster idea if they ever make the Knight Rider movie. I think that the LA skyline in the background is better than a desert background in my opinion because I think that a city background is more appealing to the general audience than a desert. I also fixed the scanner on KITT from the one that was originally posted on this forum. I hope you like it.

I like it. It reminds me of the UK VHS pilot cover art. Simple and basic. That's what it should be.

New Kitt should look like that
Knight Rider "Trust Doesnt Rust"

K.A.R.R. : Do you wish to drive, or shall I.

Tony : Go ahead.

I agree! It's a FANTASTIC poster! The car is PERFECT! I hope that they get a car made like this because that would definitely be KITT in the 21st century.

It isn't as jellybean as the newer cars. Has some retro lines, VERY GOOD lines - no FANTASTIC lines! The front nose is awesome. Has some real definition and style to it.

Love this rendition. Now who will step forward to design the interior/dash? :)

You know, the movie companies should recruite die-hard fans for this stuff. Then they can't loose. :)

Kickin'. I love what you've done with it. Great poster.

Do you have the Knight Rider Font? Try doing it with the Knight Rider Font from http://justice.loyola.edu/%7Elraszewski/lkr/. I think that that would be cool.

I have just been informed that the person who created the image of KITT is called Dark Screen just to let you know. He did a great job.

It could be the illusion of the "light" but the front bumper looks silver a'la KARR.

Still cool nonetheless. 8)
