On the heels of NBC's hit movie, the iconic 1980s television classic comes roaring back to life as a reinvented, updated and super-charged action series showcasing the new KITT (Knight Industries Three Thousand). Absolutely the coolest car ever created, KITT is equipped with "AI" (artificial intelligence) that is capable of hacking almost any system. Its weapons systems matches that of a jet fighter, and its body is capable of actually transforming into other vehicles and uses sophisticated holographic imagery to elude villains. Journey To The End Of Knight: Ratings
We hinted earlier in the day about the ratings for last nights episode - and now we're able to bring you a complete summary. Once again, Knight Rider won all male demographics (men 18-34, men 18-49 and men 25-54) and was #2 in the adult 18-49 demographic. It beat the premier of Pushing Daises on ABC and increased total viewers by 6% (from 7.8 million vs. 7.3 million). Additionally, they increased it's 18-49 rating by 13% from the first half hour to the second. We aren't quite sure what to say about today's commercial. They're trying awfully hard to push the relationship between Michael and KITT - for a series that we've only seen one episode on.
