Knight Rider 08: March 2008 Archives

In today's issue of Variety, they talk about the upfronts set for NBC on this Wednesday, they reveal that Ben Silverman will be announcing Knight Rider going to series. The specific details are slim but here is what is key:

• Project has been given an episodic order and has been mentioned as a contender for a Friday night timeslot. This means rather than having a complete season of 22 episodes, it may only get a partial season of say 12 episodes, and depending on how well those episodes do, will answer if they get a full season.
• They make note to point out that it's more important for NBC to say that there will be an "Action-Drama" on at Friday at 9, rather than Knight Rider specifically. Advertisers care more about the style of show then the specifics of the show.
