i was just wondering how in a good knights work did kitt get down from the apartment block when he turbo boosted in to it he had no room to turbo boost back out its just a mystry any one have a clue

Reverse turbo from standing? I can't see how'd the police and residents of the apartments would just accept a car so high up

Maybe devon called his friend general maddox?, and they cleared the street claiming there was an "incident" and when no one was looking they got kitt out with a large crain or hellycopter

wasnt kitt scared of heights?? (at least in season 3...)

he was scared in season 4 (sky knight) he isn't too scared when he does turbo boosts though.

Also he says it in an ep where they go to mexico for something and KITT has to fly in a plane.

KITT probably reverse turboboosted and landed down to the street completely intact. In "Forget Me Not" KITT turboboosted down to the beach from a cliff and didn't fear falling 456 meters down from a cliff in "A Plush Ride" either. So, falling down from a building shouldn't be any problem for KITT.

In "Diamonds Aren't A Girls Best Friend" KITT says, that he dosen't like flying.

And I think that he also had some objections against it in Goliath Returns.

Didn't he just take the elevator?

In "Diamonds Aren't a Girls Best Friend" (I think that's the title?) didn't Bonnie say she programmed KITT to be afraid of heights or of flying? Or was it another one where KITT was to be put in an airplane (WAS there another one)? But I do remember something where they are in the Semi and KITT is mentioning his fear of flying, and Bonnie mentioned she programmed him that way.

I have no idea WHY anyone would program an AI to be afraid of flying. And yet still be able to turbo-boost and whatnot? Odd.

I think he turbo boosted backwards out of the apartment. I just watched it last night...I could be wrong though. I'm new to this forum! I'm KITT_Kat81, Kat if you prefer. I have been known to watch Knight Rider season 1 and 2 (that's all I have for now) until my old man actually gets pissed! I'm happy to be here with all the other KITT and Michael Knight fans of the world!!

Well, at least I thinks so. Last time I've seen sezons 3&4 was about a year ago or something like that.

'diamonds....' was a season 2 ep so bonnie wasn't around for that.
It is Sky Knight in season 4 where he is afraid..i think
