I think it was a cheeky, serious and action-packed video, but the song's exceedingly appropriate for us Yanks these days, though....
Thanks for that video, reverber!

Sorry if you thought I was knocking what you said. My comment was not in response to any other comment. 8)

That was indeed quite a collision KITT had with the ground!
Great find! :D

I'm a huge fan of David Hasselhoff's singing, even if I don't live in the UK, and he didn't take himself too seriously in the video, either, which is cool with me.
Please don't think I'm nuts about really saying that, since I'm an American who loves the"Hoff's" music......

no didnt think you were knocking me at all just thought we had our wires crossed and wanted to make things clear, and i would imagine it hurt the pockets of the sfx department more then anybody else lol. terrific jump though just wasnt balanced properly. so was nose heavy and well you saw when will people learn to balance properly lol.

I have a question: Who originated the nickname, "The Hoff", for D. Hasselhoff anyway? I'm curious about how that first came about....

Probably David himself

I'm not too surprised about DH coming up with that nickname for himself, now that I have some idea of how that nickname originated from.
Anyhow, hope there are some other cheeky and humorous music videos from DH.....

Okay question. There is one scene in that where KITT has someone (I think it's Michael??) On his hood and he crashs in to a hut or something. What ep. is that from???????? :?:  :)

I believe it's Killer KITT from season 4 where KITT has been reprogrammed to kill Michael

"Looking for Freedom" is one of the best songs I've heard from DH, and I hope we Yanks will get to hear some more songs from him; I've been a longtime fan of his music since he'd sung the song "Let it Be Me" in 1984, and yes, he's come a long way since singing that song with his ex-wife.
When I get enough money, I'll get some more imported CDs of his, since I just absolutely like his singing, and that will always be the case. 8) :D     8) 8) 8) 8)

That's from online, at Amazon.com or somewhere else, too, as in CDnow.com, but I don't think they're available at any record store....
