The red car is "The Coyote" from the TV show "Hardcastle & McCormick", which aired around the same time as Knight Rider. The photo is a promotional image from custom-car-creator George Barris, sort of showing a "family album" of famous cars he's worked on.

Really, did they need Barris to build the A-Team van? Its just a van with decals and a little rugged look on the outside.
