While watching the episode The Final Verdict from season one, I noticed there was this big gaping hole on the right side of KITT's driver seat. It is very noticeable and I laugh everytime I look at it. I'm wondering how in the world did the chair get a hole like that?... Anyone else spotted that? Perhaps someone here has a screenshot of that particular scene..

Interesting note...look at the scene in "Trust Doesn't Rust" when Bonnie is sitting in KARR...I think it's when she asks to check his video monitors. That big gaping hole can be seen again, meaning that they used that car in both episodes.

That large hole looks like a very large cigarette burn! Michael (or Bonnie) probably has a preference for smoking some ultra large varieties of cigarettes!! NOT!! Just kidding!

It's a wonder how those holes came to be. And why didn't the production staff change it to newer PMD seats, they weren't that scarce at that time and didn't cost much.

The crew should have at least tried to patch it up or something before filming the scene or maybe if they can't patch it up, use a different camera view to film the scene... It is so obvious, not to mention, it was huge.... damn... Its ugly!!

I know... Michael said something to upset KITT and KITT said "Bite Me" so Michael did. As for KARR... maybe he bit himself!
