It looks like Justin Bruening is doing a recurring guest star role on Hawaii Five O on CBS as "Billy."

You can catch the episodes on CBS.com. Justin is in season 4 episodes 3, 4, 5 from what I can tell.
I thought Justin was perfectly cast in Knight Rider 08- he's a good action star who didn't take things too seriously. Good to have him on TV.
