Lion Forge released the Knight Rider digital comic! It's available now on iOS through the Comics Plus app. To be honest I haven't read it yet - I've just been tapping through the artwork. I like the look of it a lot. KITT is "stlylized" but still very recognizable.

Anyway, the app is free and the issue is $1.99 - get it now!

I'm trying to register for the app but it's just taking me to a legal terms and conditions page on my android phone. Any other way to get this comic?

I'm waiting for it and Airwolf to be available on Kindle.

I got an email from Comics Plus with a link to the registration page.I made an account,logged in through the app,made the purchase through the google play store and clicked the price to download it.The download failed,it said error downloading.I clicked the price again hoping it would attempt to redownload it for free since it made the purchase a minute ago and it said error you already own this book.If you own an Android phone and were thinking of getting this book,stay away! It will steal your money even if it is only $1.99.

Wish there was some other way of getting this book in an actual store.Amazon Kindle has the Airwolf book already since 2 days ago.Wonder what's taking knight rider so long.

One of the "problems" with comics is that the stories tend to be continuous - we only get a small part of the overall plot in each issue. Very little happens in this first issue - there are only 15 pages of actual storyline. We will have to wait to see what happens next, but I predict people are going to freak out and be really unhappy about one teeny-tiny detail in particular. I mean, seriously. Brace yourselves

Not available on Android? Only available for inferior, overpriced, overrated iOS devices? That seriously sucks.

It will also be available via the Kindle app on Android devices. Airwolf is already available (supposedly, I have not tried to buy it) and Knight Rider is coming soon.

Which season does the comic most resemble?

From the info I've read on the description of this issue,it seems like maybe a season 3 episode storyline or maybe 2.

Is this just available in the USA or can you uk get it??

I honestly don't know about international availability. You may have to just download the Comics Plus app and see for yourself.

Does it say anything about international restrictions? I am going to assume that Knight Rider will be treated the same as the Airwolf release, and should be posted to Amazon soon.

By the way, earlier I mentioned a potential "blunder" with the comic. The blunder was mine. I fell victim to the same thing I was telling other people to avoid - making assumptions after seeing such a small part of the overall storyline.

I'm feeling a lot better about the entire thing now - I'm sorry for even hinting at a problem.

You don't need an actual Kindle hardware e-reader; you can use the Kindle app on Android or iOS, and there are also Kindle cloud readers you can download for your computer.

Looks like it isnt available for UK kindle users.....

Why couldn't this be in paper form....... I collect The Walking Dead, The Crow and a few others. This would be cool to have in the car at car shows,

Just to let you know that there are country restrictions on Amazon Kindle Store. I tried to buy both Knight rider and Airwolf comics and both were not available to purchase. Support confirmed that these titles aren't available in Argentina.

Not for android, not for Kindle.

Why when you try to buy these products have to face this restrictions? This only promotes piracy.

For people outside of the U.S., try downloading the free ComicsPlus app and then purchasing the comic from there. I've heard from one person in the UK who said they were able to get it that way.

So, I downloaded the comics plus app. Paid for the comic, downloaded it. However its only 1 page long (the cover) and if I log onto the website my "shelf" is empty.

Not impressed.

If you're using an android app,I had a similar experience.I got my refund though.

I'm just wondering if I missed something. Issue 3 was released in December for Kindle, but I can't find it on Comics Plus app (where I got the first two). Any insight would be appreciated!

I got a refund for my purchase through comics plus. I used amazon Kindle through the android app store to read all 3 issues.
