Knight Rider GTA mods for PS2/PS3?

I know there are KITT/KARR/etc mods out there for GTA:SA for PS2...
Are there any of these mods available for GTA:SA for PS2, or GTA IV for PS3?
I would LOVE driving K.I.T.T. around on GTA IV... let's see 'em stop me even with a 6-Star Wanted Level!!!
