Found the Covina theatre this episode.
104 North Citrus Ave, Covina California.
Sadly the original structure was torn down in 2015, but the marquee is there. About 1/2 block to the left, "The Book Shop" is still there!

The Sister's florist shop is at 901 E. Wingate St, Covina CA -- still a florist's shop!
