knight rider online

Just bringing this from page 32 of the huge Locations topic...

I've done two "Airwolf" location trips in 2004 and 2008. http://airwolfthemes.com/airwolfthetrips.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; We even shot a parody scene from a 3rd Season Airwolf episode on our last one.

The Cali government have certainly woken up to this fact of folks like myself who have seen this place or that on TV or film and fly in from other countries to spend time (and bucks) in the area. They've been spending a fortune on British TV networks with commercials over the Christmas 2011 period promoting the hell out of "Visit California".

So how many of you have actually been spurred on to travel to Cali and visit a lot of these KR locations? (obviously the local resident fans are lucky enough to go wherever they want, but for the rest of you spread out over the States and in other countries -- have you made that "Knight Rider Trip" yet?

Last March, the day before the Knight Rider Festival, I flew into L.A. to check out a couple locations - namely the Beverly Garland Holiday Inn and the FLAG HQ in Pasadena. However, the real exciting part of the trip was getting an all access pass to the Universal Studios backlot from a kind employee who used to work there....so yes, I specifically went to California to visit KR locations!

I've never specifically traveled to a location for Knight Rider (beyond the set visit for the recent series), but while I was in Chicago a number of years back, I did spend a day seeking out the Knight of the Juggernaut locations (with some virtual help by Joe!)

i dont mean to sound corny about this question but on that picture above with the fountain,isnt that the same location used for the beginning of the married with children series opening?????

Yep, that's right! Married with Children took place in/near Chicago, and the opening sequence used the same fountain.
