Well, since no one has reported back on the event here yet, I thought I would post some photos and show everyone what a great time we had down in Atlanta!! Mark Puette really put on a fantastic event and the experience was amazing. Ron Martinez, Catherine Hickland, and Michael Sheffe were in attandance. Ron has so many stories and I really enjoyed listening to them especially all of the on set stories and commentary about the show. Catherine Hickland is really an amazing person, very down to earth and sweet as can be. She reminded me a lot of the character she played (Stevie) in the show. A real pleasure to talk to and hang with. I actually had the honor of driving her from Atlanta to Nashville, TN on Sunday after the show. Truly, a memorable experience I'll never forget!
Michael Sheffe is a very talented individual and he treated us to a presentation of many of his works including those never before seen photos (and probably won't be seen again) of the build process of the KITT components. Awesome stuff. It was great to be able to talk with the guests one on one and get to know them and we all had a great time. Well enough typing, on with the pics!!!

I'll break these up into a few posts:

All of the Trans Ams lined up:

Hanging out around all the cars: we had 10 Trans Ams, 2 Mustangs, a Dodge Stealth and a black 4th gen Camaro named KITTX

We had a presentation room where we all got to listen to the guests speak about their careers on the show as well as other things they are doing now. We also had displays set up from various people who brought in their collections. You've already seen the original miniature KITT and chemical anyalizer, and here is a few more:

Mingling about and autograph session:

I didn't get a bunch of pictures inside the conference room during the talks because I was too busy listening and enjoying it to stop and take pictures. Most of my pics are of the cars and outside:

More to come still...

I added a few photos of some of the other cars to the KRO forum Gallery under Events and Other.

There were only two Mustangs. My black Mustang and a blue one. In addition to about a dozen Trans Ams, there was a red Dodge Stealth, a 1990s black Camaro, and a new yellow Camaro.

Someone also posted video of the event and cars on Youtube. Parts 4 and 5 show the cars.
