I use the vlc player to snapshot the images form the video(every 0.5 second of it. this can be done by adjusting the play speed)
then i use the program called GIMP. i use this to merge all the pix into an animation.

Hmm perhaps Ill give it a try down the road...right now my comp is a lil iffy so I do wanna download anything I dont really need.Oh that gimp program can you use it on Pictures and makes gifs out of them?

gif's in this page are huge(more than 2mb per pix some are even 6mb)
so from now onward's i'll be posting the image url

KI3T convertable is 13mb and takes 36 minutes to upload in mediafire.
i'll upload that later.
can anyone recomend a good free file/image hosting site so that i can share more of my gif's.
i have tried imageshack and sometime the link won't appear.

I use photobucket,its just an idea but Ive never had any trouble with my pics on there.
