The March 2009 issue of Men's Health magazine has a feature on Justin's diet and workout routine. Easier said than done I'm sure:

Fried chicken & grape Kool-Aid?

God damn, two of my favourite things. Perhaps I should have more of both from now on. :)

#1, closely followed by Hawaiian Punch.

I wonder if that really works? :) In a totally hetero way, just how many quarts of Kool-Aid do I have to drink and how many chickens do I eat to beef up like that. :?: :D I do lift weights and I'm quite strong but I dont look athletic like that. I guess some people are naturally athletic looking, I wonder if a low BMI helps? My shoulders & chest seem to bulk up but I cant get that toned look regardless of how many workouts I do or reps with lower weights , horses for courses I'll bet.

Humm, I'm feeling very motivated now. After all, I got the fried chicken step down so I'm already 14% there.
I probably could do arm curls AND watch KR.

I wouldn't say "motivated" was the optimum word but I bet if he did a DVD you'd have two copies of it "Justin" case one got scratched.

Man....I'm like, 5'10"/11", and I'm somewhere around 180 pounds....I'm thinking that some chicken will beef me right up. :P

My friends say I'm scrawny, so I'll just have them buy the food.

Now with this work for women's health? I've gain a lot of weight after my rotater cuff surgery and I had to stop playing softball for at least a year. :? But anyways, useful stuff and I might use his workout.
