Newcomb's Ranch in "Fight Knight" is a very real bar along the Angeles Crest Highway outside Los Angeles. It is a very popular biker hangout on the weekends. I don't have a motorcycle myself, but have been there several times. The exterior shots in the episode were filmed at the real Newcomb's Ranch.

I think it's unusual for a TV show NOT to change the name of a real business, but perhaps some people on the production team are bikers and fans of the place.

Well, it looks like KR 2008 is back to the Angeles Forest where
a lot of rural driving scenes was filmed in the original KR,
such as on the Big Pines Highway. See posts in the 'Location?'

I meant to say that I could've sworn I saw that location in the "Locations ?" thread a while back. Probably not the same bar, but it did look like the same road.
