This website reviews TV shows about their content (sex, commercialism, etc) for families and this one for Knight Rider and they also have one for the TOS.

They didn't like KRTOS or the new one. And can we be real? Deanna has been in her underwear once and then in a bikini once so far. I hardly call that egregious. Yes there's titilation aplenty in this series, but I really wish reviewers would not resort to incorrect hyperbole to make their points. If your point is valid, you should not have to exaggerate.

Knight Rider must remember that Prime Time is for the whole family
I was beginning to watch the new episode of Knight Rider when my daughter walked by. It was Saturday night. Not much was on TV.
Anyway, as she walked by, I said, "Hey - daddy used to watch this show when he was a baby (well, more like 8 but she got my point)." Do you want to watch? I asked. Yes - she said.
All was well. KITT was gadget-cool. The heroine's fight scene was nicely choreographed. And Michael didn't look too bad. Then, it got sour. Some 'sexy' scenes popped up. A hormonal nerd showed up and started talking about sex and porn and that was it for me.
I remember when Knight Rider used to be cool. I remember watching the show with my entire family (uncles, grandma, cousins). All of us looking at an old black & white tv. We enjoyed it. I don't remember the grown-ups asking me to cover my eyes, or shut my ears off.
NBC's CEO needs to rethink his strategy. Primetime is for families.

God forbid that children learn that men and women are attracted to each other. When I was about that age (7ish) I saw "Blade Runner" and when a nudity scene popped up, I giggled and my mom just explained it to me. We then had a brief talk about how the stork wasn't how babies are actually born (seriously) and while the "mechanics" of sex were still a mystery to me, I understood the concept that a man and a woman would like each other and could make a baby. It's idiotic to use that as a criticism of the show IMO. If you want purely squeaky clean fun, don't tune into half of what's on prime time because sexuality is a component of many shows in the 8-10pm time slot.

HAHAHAH then clearly they didn't watch the old show.
I love how people look at something from the past with rose colored glasses and then think it was actual fact. That's like saying the 1950s were the best times of the United States. Sure they were, if you forget about segregation, diseases that would physically(and painfully) cripple you, communism scares, and my personal favorite: greased hair *full body shiver*.
The old show had just as much "hormonal flash" as the new one. The difference is since the 80s we've become desensitized to what the old show... showed. Anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves.
