I watched Journey To The End Of Knight again today and noticed something on the ground after Kitt lands from his mid-air transformation.......

Kitt said "transforming in mid-air could affect my structural integrity"

Its obviously not a rock or roadkill, it looks like something broke off Kitt as he landed, any ideas anyone?

Probably a chunk of bumper.

Maybe Kitt made a doodie because the landing was so rough.

hey guys from picture could that piece on the ground could it be a clog or a piece came from a piston that is small in which KITT landed maybe hard to pop out and if so didn't the techs check about it . maybe that kitt a little poopie LOL.

Haha, nice.... Just goes to show they do not, in fact have very many cars. Dunno how they could miss that, either that or they just didn't care.

How on earth did they miss that?

Intentional? I missed the broken bumper during the desert run scene but the broken part was CLEARLY there for all to see after the Turbo Boost scene, even for a few seconds. But then again, this is the episode where we see KITT destroying the EMP on his body and then all of a sudden the EMP reappears for a few seconds and then gone again.

Sidenote:
"A Piece of KITT" seems to be a good title for a song. Any songwriters here?
