Cylon eye eh? , I wonder if there going back to the sweeping style scanner like K2000, at the end of the new teaser they show a sweeping effect like that on the lettering.

Oh goody- it looks like they're ressurecting MY favorite part of the show- the, "Let's have different racing plotlines>" shtick. And why exactly is Mike doing this anyway?

So is every show going to have "Knight" in the title somewhere?

I read it earlier and I'm kind of on the fence... It doesn't sound horrible but it doesn't all that good either. I hope there's some major rewrites.

with regards to the 'cylon eye' (which Larson himself wanted to be carried over to KR TOS) im pretty sure if my memory serves me right from the early 80's although most of the 'cylons' had only one strobe light like KITT, there were some that had dual strobes like the new car, so i doubt the new scanner will be made to look like the original...

I like the idea of the Black Ice (somewhat replacing the old Oil Slick) but not so sure about transforming into a Ford pickup. That seems kind of weird. Who knows if this is even real or not.

I'VE READ ALOT OF SPOILERS THAT SAID EPISODE 3 IS ABOUT A RACE. IM JUST HAPPY THAT KITT IS GOING TO HAVE MORE TRICKS UP HIS SLEEVE, OR HIS TIRE, U KNOW WHAT I MEAN....

i don't like the pickup truck thing either, 4wd KITT, yeah, cool. Pickup truck=SILLY

This kinda reminds me of episodes like:

I like the idea of a '3D object generator'.

But KITT transforming into a pickup? I thought the idea of the Morphing ability was for KITT to change into cars of similar shape and mass and I think I can say somewhat assuringly that the mass of a 2008 Mustang and a Ford pickup are very vastly different!!

Yeah I'm sure it's real but I really do hope there's some rewrites before they finish shooting that script. That pick-up thing did make me go "WTH?!" And not in a good way. Stuff like that runs the risk of going too far with the goofiness or stupidity. The dash smoking seems weird too, there has to be more to it than just what was described.

Drunk guy getting zapped though, seems fitting.

it says KITT transforms into a 4x4 Ford truck, wouldn't it be cool if he transformed into Attack Beast from TKR

Thats because you love Honda`s,Its not wierd and Ive got nothing against them but I couldnt imagine Kitt as a one.

KITT as a Honda NSX is soooo easy to picture (vaguely reminiscent of K4000 because glasshouse was blacked out, at least on the mk1 version of them...)

and in reality if a person/organisation were to build the ultimate car, surely they would make it handle better than a mustang.... although i understand the patriotism in the storyline
