Ugh, a remake of Robocop...... Why? Sure the second and third were pretty much garbage as were the TV things but still, aside from it looking better, what are they going to do to top the original?
I made a comment on another board not too long ago that in a few more years that we'll be getting remakes of films that were released a year before at the rate Hollywood is going, maybe one week a movie will come out and the next week a remake of that movie.. >_<

Yeah, but it isn't a remake and besides, The Hulk needed it anyway, the first one was by no means a classic which IMO Robocop is when it comes to 80s action films. I guess you could consider it a reboot sort of like Batman Begins. But still is there a demand out there for a new Robocop? It isn't like even original had a ton of flaws and not just the is it? If they go through with it I kind of hope they don't do a straight up remake.

Yeah, I'm bumping an old topic but I figured I could follow up here since I rambled on about a Robocop remake. I just read that it may no be a remake after all but a sequel to the original.

The idea of "K.I.T.T." becoming human is waaay over the top & really ridiculous, as a matter of fact part of "K.I.T.T." did get a chance to be a part of a human inside Shawn McCormick's brain in KR2000 & I think that was & is as close to being "human" that K.I.T.T. should be, because is & always will be the world's greatest car as Micheal quoted in "KOTP".
But that's just my opinion.

Frankly I don't like the idea, because KITT's fascination comes from his appearance of being a car, that can do miracle things that normal cars can't do. If KITT would become human, the magic's gone....

I remember that one! I used to watch Star Trek a lot back in the day. 
But I don't think KITT would look quite like that. He wouldn't blend in with normal humans on assignment. LOL!

Looked to me like an overly-large spine or zipper actually. But I guess it's because it was white and not red... I never thought of the Vox...
But yeah, I think you did great on it. Would love to have seen a KR with an android KITT in it!
