Knight Rider 2009 new footage

I'm not 100% sure but some of this seems to me as unseen footage.

They have some scenes from the pres release but some of it is new dessert shots.I hope this is the theme song for the new show because at least it pays omage to the original series theme and desert intro.

It doesn't look like the same car in all the shots (some are right-hand drive, unless the video was flipped). Pause the video and you tell the car in the desert is not the same Mustang at the NBC event. If you look at the other videos this person has posted, they are all a similar style. To me at least, it looks like this person collected some generic shots of Mustangs, added some video effects and set it to the music. I don't believe any of the footage comes from the actual filming of the show.
I still think it's a very cool tribute however.

Definately not the same car. the stripes on the car are gold in this video, whereas the real KITT's stripes are matte black. not even the GT500KR.

The music is rather good, and definitely something that I would be happy with if that style was to be employed in any series that should follow the pilot. As for the car, in the shots that weren't taken from the official unveiling, the Shelby GT, with white stripes, and the Hertz rental company special Shelby GT-H, with gold stripes, were featured.

What I thought was interesting is that the Mustang appears to be cruising through the Bonneville Salt Flats, where the infamous desert opening was shot. That location is constantly reused for car commercials lately, but I don't think it has for any Mustang commercials.

OMG!!!!
THEY HAVE PICKED THE WRONG GUY TO BE THE NEW HERO FOR KNIGHT RIDER. It should have been:
JENSEN ACKLES
watch supernatural cause he stars in it and he drives a black V8 in it. He has the same body movement and acting style as David Hasselhoff with a touch of youth to it.
Please someone send this message out to David Hasselhoff and tell him to at least meet with Jensen ackles before he continues with that other guy
I dont like the car they've picked either!! The Corvette Z06 with body kitt and deep dish rims woulda looked way better.
