I made my first GIF and of course it is of KR.



I did have to convert the JPG images into GIFS to use a free GIF tool which made the image speckled and not as clear. Does anybody have a free one where you can just import jpg's? I plan on doing a lot more but not with the image degradation.

what is the screen size you want(or your phone screen size) i can probably post it next week
about the speed
if i were to reduce the speed, the animation quality will be low and some of the defects will apear on screen
therefore i speed it up so that the defects are unseenable.

Those are great Dave.Ive seen the "changing the subject" one before on a transformer board,did you make that one,perhaps someone borrowed it?

If it is the exact same gif and same size then somebody probably saw how COOL it was and hotlinked it and gave me no credit for it. I have only posted those 2 gifs on knightfoundation.net and a xbox forum and a superheros forum .
