Well, it was another night of sitting on the sofa and watching KR. And another Comtron truck, LOL. These things are everywhere...

Managed to spot this one in A Nice Indecent Little Town where Michael is cruising past in Aunt Martha's vintage car. Hmmm, wonder if that's a Comtron bus parked behind it... hard to tell since its in the background though. Maybe the filming crew rides in that?

The Comtron fleet were like ghosts in the pilot episode Here are a few more frames.

Wow one man. I was only looking for the semi and the delivery truck...the rv I keep seing in the background is helpful in making me believe I found it.

I watched Scent of Roses through and through and I believe that it is the first episode I have not seen the Comtron truck in any background. Darn.

Season 4-Disc 2-Side 2- Out of the woods...

I would say, about 15 minutes in. It looks like the second time he pulls into the mill, but that isn't the mill it is like a secondary station. Just after he is run off the road by a logging semi coming at him down the center of the road. As he is pulling up, you can see a backhoe loading logs onto a flatbed. That truck's cab can only be seen from the back but I swear that is a Comtron Truck Cab. You tell me, Joe.

I also have a Blooper for ya...If you could post it too, I would love that...

About 30-35 minutes in...When Sam Dutton approaches Nash to tell him to get rid of Micheal just after Micheal and Devon talk to her and her dad, the camera pans over as she is approaching Nash. She says, "Nash, Nash. I thought you took care of the job." Watch the bottom of your screen as she walks over to him...That looks like the very top of KITT's T-tops...He's not supposed to be there.

Here it is I figured I'd help Joe out and it's an excuse to do more screen grabs, Lol. After wanting a DVD drive in my computer for so long, I finally got one Dec 4 and am able to do grabs so I'm very happy to do them.

That truck's appearance is an unintentional running gag, Universal has been known for recycling clips of movies, sets & even props.

This one is a pure guess for me:

About 30-35 min. into the episode:

After the scene where Micheal questions the magician's assistant the second time about the location of the warehouse, the magician's assistant repeats that he will not reveal any secrets, discussing the magician having sold his soul to the devil. His last sentence is "You will have to catch him in the act."

Scene changes to a blue and white taxi pulling out from in front of the hotel. As it gets even with a telephone pole and palm tree coming up to even with the FLAG semi -Pause- in the deep background - You can see a red cabbed semi-truck with its side trailer door open-

It's a guess- I see the orange stripes on the back of the cab.

Joe, could you post the screen shot and give me a verdict??? Thanks loads

I stil have 2 of the matchbox KITT's. Never saw the Comtron truck in the stores, was it available outside of the US only?
