Wow, that has got to be the best made SPM KITT model that has ever graced the whole world wide web. Very nicely made, you sure are lucky to have a friend with such skills. :)

Yeah, I'm impressed. I'd love to have one of those. Everything's accurate, too, except for the turn signal blackouts, which I'd have tried sanding off.

If that happens, I'm the first in line to buy one off you.

I would gladly try and pick up yet another AMT/ERTL KITT if I could just get ahold of those SPM parts! I'd love to put one of these together for myself. :)

I too would like to get a hold of those custom SPM parts together with the convertible KITT version. Unfortunately I have only seen them being auctioned off in ebay Germany. No luck with US sellers so far.

Whos the seller? I've got a contact in germany who buys my 1:18 models, perhaps he can bid and ship them.

I can't remember his ebay ID but I'll keep a lookout for him. I'll post his auction here if he turns up.

Well, I'm more than sure you could make a nice profit if you sold your ERTL upgrade KITTs on Ebay. Make a few more and see what happens.

I'm very glad you shared your bit of treasure with us!
