Knight452, you're right about my sister. We both used the same reference picture and it's obvious that she got Michael looking just like he does, but in my version he doesn't look like himself at all. Sometimes I envy her skills... if you could only see her other drawings!!! (I'm not posting them here though...)
Toni Nummela, that family thing has been going on among me and my lil sisters for a long time, since we found those Pontiac models (two of which we'd had many years before we realized they were Trans Ams). There's lots of stories which we make up as we chat with each other. The thing that keeps breeding more and more story is the fact that Kitt's youngest son Kiti is a real rascal, who doesn't obey his parents at all. He goes into illegal street races and has odd friends and even got a blue scanner from somewhere. Karr is on the scene also, he's rebuilt and he often babysits Kiti who hates uncle Karr a lot! So Karr has to use Micro jam on Kiti to keep him in place, and that bugs Kiti. If you could only be here when we make up those stories!!! We do laugh!
I'll post the story some day soon.

I never could feature a car or AI-powered car even, to have a wife, kids, etc. I mean, I am not the 'family/parents' type of person anyway. Family stuff doesn't appeal to me, which is why my fanfic is more technical and/or more humorous. And reflecting the relationship between car and driver: One of a devoutly loyal and never-ending friendship. The car is always THERE for you. No matter what. And when he breaks down, you fuss over him until he's well again.
Anyone who has ever worked on their car (especially replica owners) I'm sure know all too well what I'm talking about.

On the issue of where KITT's gas cap is at...correct. (to both) The written location is right behind the back license plate. (I forget how the plate switches to it's alternate lettering, though. Since, that "should" interfere with access to the cap.) However, the physical, factory Trans-Am gas door was never filled in and hidden on most, if not all the KITT cars. We're just suppose to buy the illusion that KITT is impenetrable and...la, la, la... not see that large square, back there.
As for all the wonderful artwork and physical objects...I'm left a bit jealous. Maybe, some day, I'll take those art courses at the college. Until then, guess I'll just have to draw attention the new fashion way...
That Michael Knight costume over this...would probably make people look thrice. Add the 4'th season convertible...

KARR77, cool pic! And jup, that costume is awesome! I wish I had me one!
Finally I got a faster computer (AMD Athlon 1500+ with Win 98SE) and along it came Paint Shop Pro 9!!! Now I'm finally able to do great pictures without having to fight the lousy picture editors I had on my last computer. Yeehaa! Just wait and see!

KITTfan, that's GREAT artwork!
I've almost completely lost my interest and skills to draw anything anymore. All my artwork looks so bad nowadays I don't want to draw anymore. I think I'll keep working with photo editing...
By the way, does anyone know about KITT paper models? I've constructed eg. lightcycle from movie TRON, BTTF DeLorean and many more found from the net, but I haven't found a KITT/Trans Am paper model yet. Would be great to have one. Or many... imagine a room full of paper Kitts!

Holy crap, KITTFan you are really incredible. You're all pretty darn good.
I have never been able to draw well, how do you discover that you can do that? I can't believe that those are free-handed. In the Knightmare's one, that dam looks so damn real! (couldn't resist....)

Michael: "KITT! Where are ya?!"
K.I.T.T.: "I'm in your parking space, Michael, where else would I be?"

Thanks for the kind words
I actually haven't much analyzed how or why I draw the way I draw. I used to draw already as a kid but then I drew just cars, not backgrounds. Later there was many years I didn't drew anything except with computer but just few years ago I got interested again to hand drawing when I saw other Knight Rider fans drawings in the KR forums
