Was watching some of the pre-show on NBC, and you can see David a number of times in the background. At one point talking to Cate Blanchett. Thought it was pretty cool.

I think that was one of the best parts of this year's Golden Globe awards. That and Robin Williams' hilarious speech......
I usually like it when David Hasselhoff shows up at the Golden Globe awards, even if he doesn't show up at any other awards shows.....

While I have to say I never watch awards shows aside from MTV's Video Music Awards usually (go figure), the mention of Hasselhoff peaked my interest a bit. I tuned in but didn't see him and instead was subjected to seeing mostly arrogant stars winning awards for shows I don't watch. Robin Williams' speech was hilarious though. Anyway, thanks for the heads up, Neil!

does anyone have a clip of robin williams' speech? i think he's hilarious but seeing as how it was on after midnight over here i didn't watch any of the show.
