Hopefully by the 5th or 6th time you will read it,you'll understand what I wrote.Well,we can only hope.

What is it with those ugly black wheels?

I didn't like the existing hubcaps that are out there. They pretty much look all the same between 2 or 3 different designs.I decided to make something closer representing the turbocast rims with bowling ball hubcaps from the 80's.Unlike you who just throws a scanner and you think tada its kitt. There's more to making a good looking kitt car than just throwing on a terrible scanner.

What is it with and sleek?
Try rephrasing your question. This time in English please.

You probably look at a black shiney cube and think sleek.Which is why you must love the Scion car and the mustang,

Yes i know the camaro is a black cube you think is sleek  facepalm
Now the corvette that is sleek like the trans am but not a camaro box! If you think the camaro is sleek you better go get your eyes checked.
I never called the mustang sleek like the trans am because it not.
Now for the mustang it is a bad @SS american muscle car.

Whats wrong eveytime you post you talk about SLEEK camaro? its ok you can talk to us we are all here to help you.
Can't wait for your next reply so i can really LMAO

Both the Mustang and Camaro have ugly front ends. But if I had to pick one then it would be the Camaro as that seems more like KITT. The Mustang is never coming back in a reincarnation of KR so it's pointless debating it.

But if you like it then you like it.

What makes you think the mustang can't never coming back? There's been a mustang in team knight rider and the 08 knight rider.

Anywho if they came out with a new knight rider show with the camaro i still watch it.
Like i said the only car today that even looks close to the 82 trans am is the corvette.

Kitt_24 post another mustang pic you think would make the perfect kitt.I'd love to see another horendous scanner or some you post without a scanner and believe its the perfect kitt.

I've seen so many more pictures and videos on youtube from people who believe the best looking body for kitt is a camaro than the mustang that your opinion is just not valid. If you need help seeing that I'll be glad to show you.

Found more people who feel the mustang was the worst choice to cast as a new kitt and would have preferred the camaro:

So, they're arguing over which crappy looking car should have been picked? How about we forego both these ug-O's and get something nice?
And when things appeared to get better, they got worse, and everyday was a day to cry.

Been watching this topic for awhile now...

I think both you KITT_24 & Knight Racer need to take a huge chill pill and relax. You both are welcome to your own opinions about either car, and which one would make a great KITT. I keep seeing either hate for the mustang or the camaro. Both are awesome cars, and I'm sure many people would love to have one.

However, this debate seems honestly pointless... The show is long gone, the mustang had its change and well the CGI effects cost it the show. I can say that I don't think it would work again, they tried it, now its time to move on to something better.

The Original 82 Trans Am is what I will stick with, nothing wrong with using the same original car and having it updated to today's tech, which would make KITT even better than before!

If it were me, and I had my choice I wouldn't use any of these cars, I'd have one designed to be all original and not based on a current model of car. Think about it, it would kinda stop the debates if they used their own designed car.

I remember Glen saying that he liked the lines on the new gen trans am and that's why he picked it.But was making a new car even on the table? Would the show have been any less of a success if they didn't use a common looking car?

I meant the KR 2008/2009 Mustang won't ever make another appearance.

There's another attempt to revive KR that used a mustang and we all know how well that turned out

Image

You would think after kr2010 and TKR they would avoid the mustang like the plague. Image
