Just browsed Amazon for Knight Rider, not done so in a while and found tho Elite 1;43 model..

Anyone know anything about it?
Does it have a working Scanner does doors etc open??

Well no real budget in mind..

Just want something I haven't got thats ready assembled..

Got the electronic Kitt and the joyride Kitt and Karr..

You might want to look at the Hotwheels Elite Kitt 1:18. I currently have one and it is pretty awesome. The scanner works, the doors open, the hood opens, the t-tops can be opened and removed, the lisence plate can flip around.

If you are running out of space for modelcars, 1/43 KITT is good alternative as it's smaller model. Also, nice addition next to the 18th scale version as well. It doesn't have the scanner though, just a red paint in it's place, no opening parts either but that's nothing unusual in 1/43 collectible models.

There's also 1/43 KARR now available, haven't gotten that one yet but I intend to, maybe with 1/18 KARR when it's released.

I don't like the idea of the scanner being painted on..

I think it is a little expensive, I find one is very similar with Kitt, but it is moe cheap, here
