DST electronic KARR available for pre-order

Post by Michael Pajaro » Fri Oct 18, 2013 3:18 pm

Diamond Select Toys is releasing their new KARR for pre-order. Cost is $60, and the expect availability March 1, 2014.

I think we were all impressed with the quality of their KITT, so i'm pretty sure they'll have another great vehicle. We'll finally be able to re-enact the big turbo boost collision scene from KITT vs. KARR!

You're getting that, I just used the incorrectly photoshopped picture in the store. (Photographer added the glow effect.) Fixing now.

Don't forget the Grey over the wheel well rims and the red and Amber turn signal lights need to be painted on the front and back of the side of the car.

The stripe over the wheel is not that thick, it's pretty thin, in fact, but I'll see if it's happening. Ditto turn signal decal.

Thanks for paying attention to these small details.I still like my DST kitt.Seems so accurate.Especially the wheels. They aren't perfect but far better than the Hot Wheels Elite Kitt.

Thanks, KR. We had to adjust some things to accommodate the electronics, but I think it's a great car. Glad to see the Minimates in your collection, as well!

After looking at the original KITT, I think the turn signal will be painted just like that one, but I will try to confirm. And we are looking into whether we can incorporate the silver strips.
