Very cool dude. I'd still like to get a scanner for my Kitt. Though I still need the good I'd still like the scanner.

Quick question on the Alcoa Rims. I have the 20x10 for the rear but it doesn t look like theres alot of room for them. It looks like they would rub up against the rear shocks! Do the 20x10s fit the rear with no modifications? I have read that there is a 35mm off set but don t know if that pushes the rim further inward or does it make the rim stick out a little from the quarter pannel. I have compared my 20x9s and 20x10s and the rears are obviously wider but Im worried if any rubbing will happen. I have a 07 Mustang GT thats NOT lowered or Modified in any way. :kitt:

I have the 20X10 in the rear and 20X9 in the front and have never had a problem with rub. They have been on the car for a year now and still look the way they did the day I got them.

That's the one part that sucks. As soon as I had the money to get the wheels, they discontinued them...

I talked to them in person right after I moved here. They said no in a very snotty manner. Apparantly, they frown on building Shelby clones, even while making a quick buck doing it. They had one (without the Super Snake script) sitting in the showroom when I asked.

I feel like I'd be more successful finding turbocast wheels with bowling ball hubcaps. I even tried finding black wheels since the 2012 and 50th Anniversary Super Snake is still fitted with them.

Meh, I guess I shouldn't worry about it now. I just got my hood, and wouldn't be able to get wherls until October anyway.

I will try to find out who you can talk to there, I was told no but Alcoa gave me a contact person and she was great. I want to say her name was April.

otherwise I couldnt get rid of the error

Im sure any mechanic can recalibrate if they have the correct tool.

it's why you needed to reprograme them ,I'll reuse my Oem chip so normally there is no programming but still don't know the correct tire pressure for 20 inch wheels compared to my factory 18

Thank you Sir! I hope they have a few spares sitting around. And somehow, I may have received a blessing to get a set from the wife. She realized how ugly my wheels are after a walk through Shelby's Headquarters.

I would love the alcoa rims. But they were discontinued after I got my car. So I went in Search of aftermarket rims and I found some called Lorenzo WL032 rims. They look just like the alcoas but the width goes in halfs. And I'm getting all four wheels and tires for $2,300. Just saying you should take a look at em.

Thanks for the advise. They do look close, I've also looked at Forgestar CF10 wheels. They look similar as well.
