Hello Joshua, I would like to know if I could have the update of the orb v1.5. I've sent you an email about this but you did not reply, maybe you don't use the same email address anymore that is why I am writing to you on this forum. Thanks.

I'm sorry Kodiak, the software update was only for US English versions.

Hey guys, hadn't seen any post on here for a while. But I got something that may help us out with the whole discontinued Alcoa rims. I'm a poor man, and can't get the wheels. BUT! I found a similar rim, their called Lorenso WLO32's. They come in 20" and 22" though the widths are half sizes. Anyway check em out. Id like to know what everybody thinks. Oh and I'm gonna be a father, for the first time. Had to add that sorry.

Well, some of you may have noticed I closed down my youtube channel the other day.
I moved over to ZippCast.com
The new youtube layout for channels is horrible. Rather than stay open on youtube a lot of us are going over to Zippcast.

They have the same layout as the old 2006 2008 youtube. (Which is great!)

Channels are actual channels instead of news feeds. lol

Stay up to date on my products for the Knight 3000 at:

http://www.zippcast.com/user/taoworm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You can e-mail there or PM me here. Either way... :good:

KRKITT1- live the momo steering wheel!

I wanted to do that but no one around here would install it due to the air bag and saftery.

how did you bypass the airbag warning lights?

does the horn work?

please let me know!

Thank you!

It's easy to do. I'm working on a wire harness that will keep the horn working. I did find a way for the turn signal cancel to still work. The cruise will still work to but you have to put the buttons in a diiferent place. The Airbag light is on now but I'm waitinf for a Ford tool that will turn the light off and keep the rest of the air bags working.

2 ohm resistance will do the trik to cancel the airbag light .

Do your tool also cancel DRL? because I want to shut them of to put HID but in france no Ford dealer can deprogramme the DRL

The 2 ohm resistance will turn the light off but will still shut down the other airbags, This tool is to check the airbag for problems and will not disable the other airbags.

The resistor is the same output than the airbag itself so the ECM will still see the airbag it's why the light come off. The other airbag are still active ,the light stay one when a malfunction is detected so if the ECM don't see the difference between airbag and resistore it will not shown the default and the light

The day running lights should be run by a fuse, if you pull the fuse = no more running lights

Did you guys put the steering wheel on yourselves?

I cant find anyone to do it!

Do you have a sheet on how to do this. The tool I was getting from Ford just plugs in where the air bag connected. IT cost around $130.

I dont have DRL's and my car is a 09" Yes, I installed my wheel and it was easy. MOMO said you have to take the clockspring out but I trimed mine and it fit fine. I'm working on a wire harness to get the horn to work.

Hi Pierre!
Please post your question on this thread and I will answer you right away.

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17656&p=201663#p201663" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I want to apologize to those that have had a hard time getting me to answer them back in e-mails and PMs. Heres where some of the problem lies: Many times when I get emails that don't sign there real name to them. And almost everyone has a similar screen handle like
krrkitt1
krkitt
krfan
and so on..
Remember that I get a WHOLE lot of emails and its hard to know who you are if you don't end each email or PM with your real name.
(95% of the PM and emails I get about my parts have no name...REALLY.)

Sooooooo, to address this I want ANYONE that needs to get a hold of me from now on to post in THAT specific thread.
This way everyone will see if I do answer a question or if I don't and will keep ALL of my business questions out in the open for all to see. Also this helps me know who's who and what they need.
You only have to sign every post with your real first name. (No need for last names.)

I hope this helps with some of the frustration felt by some in my spotty correspondence or sometimes complete lack thereof.

Do not email me at Champion Mustang, youtube, Zippcast or K.R.O. anymore unless you feel it's not something that should be discussed in public or you want to contact me about another matter NOT related to my product line. ONLY that thread will be used for any inquires about my parts, servicing and or instillation of my products.

That should also keep THIS thread from getting bogged down with questions to me and stay on topic as the general thread for transforming our Mustangs into the Knight 3000. :good:
