For Ki3t there is just one car for the job that has the looks and power to be ki3t:

The Corvette actually looks pretty neat if you ask me, possibly the only chevy I like :P

I hope that if there is a season 2 that they don't change KITT, but if they do the corvette looks like a good choice (the viper would also be pretty cool) :)

The Corvette has always been a good alternative. I remember a custom Corvette a few years ago, fitted with KITT's nose and the scanner (I think it was a custom, at least- maybe it was just a manip) and it looked pretty damn good.

I have an interim video where sculptors of the Camaro are working on the clay model, when the camera panned pack to face the sculptors there was an '05 Mustang next to the clay model.

But... I think it is useless to just keep bashing a car or an individual because of his or her preference... if you like the Camaro... great be happy with it. I personally will take the original pony car and try to be happy with that :good: .

Got that right, the camaro is still a classic.

I'm sorry, I don't see it. Not any more than I do with the Mustang.

So to get back on topic, if they would ever use the Camaro for KITT it should be the SS version with a classic scanner.
I can imagine it like this:

I would like that.

Nope with the scanner from KR08, but get rid of the HAL like ball for a computer generated version of the KITT 2000, keep the rest the same.

I guess we have to agree to disagree on this one, Mr. Camaro.

I have to admit that after studying the new camaro a bit it does not look as bad as my I thought initially, with it's impressive 426 BHP at low cost. :)

It looks great from the front and from the side, but somehow I don't like it in profile, dunno why.

It looks like GM made the Camaro for the job of knight rider with that picture, ideal slot fot the scanner.
As you know Knight Rider was always a Pontiac, if only the new series was using a new Trans-Am shaped like the new Camaro then perhaps this would have kept Pontiac making the Trans-Am. At least knight rider should have been a Chevy if Pontiac couldn't do it. Perhaps it was something to do with rights. I certainly don't think a mustang was the way to go. However I don't think the new knight rider programs have the same buzz as the 80's ones. I guess I was younger then, but it all seems so amazing. Not it just has the feeling of power rangers when I see the new series. Not that I watch power ranger. lol, i left myself wide open there. Just my opinion.

Did you know there is a light available for this slot on the Camaro SS.

I've seen a few Trans-am conversions of the Camaro, Lingenfelgar (how ever you spell it) looks like a nice one.
I did have a 3rd Gen Firebird many years ago, sad to sell it, really want to get another at some point. Have the 4th gen at the moment.

I think the new Corvette would also look nice as the Knight Rider car.
