Was talking with my co-workers about some of the cars in this thread and they mentioned a tv show that I had never heard of before...My Mother the Car...I tried looking it up and came up with a summary but not pics...Seems people didn't like it...Funny thing too...It premiered on NBC... :D

StarCarCentral.com is where they hang out!

Post by n8mobiles » Tue Jun 02, 2009 12:44 pm

Hey KR fans,
I got to meet a lot of you at the Vegas show, I am Nate Truman, and spoke on Saturday on the main street about my time as the voice of KITT at Universal Studios.
After I was "KITT" I produced for the Wil Shriner Show, one episode that was a batman reunion, and got hooked on my childhood dream car, the 66 batmobile. After I built that, I started "collecting" other owners of star cars and we all hang out at my web page http://www.starcarcentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
All of the cars mentioned in this thread have either been located and are part of the group, or are being sought out.
If you see some star car or real good replica (not interested in beaters!) please send me an email at NateT@starcarcentral.com and any photos, where you saw it or better yet, a phone number or email for the owner!
We do charity events mostly in Los Angeles, but I now have a world wide network of star car owners who have found my site and are connecting to other owners in their area. Star Car owners unite!

Oh yeah, I also decided that instead of buying a new car to drive to work, I bought a KITT as my daily driver (Things it has over the batmobile, a ROOF, A/C, windshield wipers, a ROOF.... did I say a ROOF? Batman goes out at night because it's not HOT! :kittspin: :kitt: :kittspin: love the smilies!

A few you might have missed, the bugaloo dunebuggy, Mr. Freeze tank, the voxmobile, the Bearcats car (Barris)
scooby doo van, Men in black Lincoln and Mercedes, XXX Gto, everything from the Fast and Furious movies,Prof. Fate´s car from The Great Race, Leslie Special from The Great Race, Black Scorpion Corman car, Death Race 2000 cars, Banshee KITT 2010, James bond Austin martin DB5, Joe Dirt car, The Saint Volvo p1800 check out all these cool rides here http://www.showrods.com/kustom_cars_1/b ... icker.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and stop by http://www.starcarcentral.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and check it out, or if you have a KITT please post it on our area map
(it takes a while to load be warned) http://www.starcarcentral.com/areachapters.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and post a photo of your car and location. If I get a request for a KITT out of state, that's where I go to connect star car onwers with fans or paying gigs! To the batmobile, KITT let's go! Kitt, get out of the way.... you are blocking the batmobile. KITT?

Watch the video of the car corvette of actor Dirk Benedict (Faceman) is great, because this car is Chevrolet Corvette C4 in 1984. 8)

Well, this isn't exactly an older show, but there is the 1973 Dodge Charger from Burn Notice.

Then, there is the 1970 Dodge Challenger from Vanishing Point. This is one classic car that I absolutely adore!

I absolutely love these two cars. I really want a black Challenger, either 1970 or 2009. What I truly want more than anything in this world, (you can get it for me for my birthday) is 2009 dodge challenger blacktop. It's georgous! Sorry, but here are two memorable cars that I think need to be added to this list.
