What happened to the little guy from the Pilot episode?
does anyone know why the little guy
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1652307/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
who was in the pilot episode, was not picked up for the series.
Having rewatched the pilot, the guy seemed to suit Knight Rider.
I wonder if they will bring him back.

well if they didnt bring him back for the series, i dont think he will come. What could he do? I think Sarah, Billy, Zoey are the maxium ppl u could have for FLAG.

I think he and Zoe should meet, fall in love and leave FLAG forever.

Mike's Buddy is in forgotten character heaven, along with Richie Cunningham's brother...
Seriously, please remember that GST was given approval to pick and choose elements from the pilot movie to bring to the series. What purpose would that character would have filled?

Would have been a pointless character anyway.
Re: What happened to the little guy from the Pilot episode?
In the pilot, he was a mechanic who worked on the car that Mike drove. At the end of the pilot, he was to become KI3T's mechanic, as far as I understand. This would have worked really well for TOS, or something similar to it, but KI3T's abilities seem to preempt any mechanic-style duties, so yeah, he wouldn't have had a real purpose in this new iteration of the series. KI3T having a dedicated mechanic would have been pretty cool, though, and I think he'd have fit the part pretty well if they had gone in that direction...

I see one of the mods changed the title, good, that was rather rude. I don't think his would have fit with the rest of the cast, even with being a mechanic KITT should be light years beyond what a typical car a mechanic works on. Even with that amazing six months of training the characters went through.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

Yeah I remembered thinking that if the show was picked up whether or not he would be back. I figured he would'nt b/c of what you guys have already said: KITT would have been light years ahead of what a typical Mechanic is used to.
But there is one question: if he was on the SSC plane at the end of the pilot did Torres order Rivai to "take care" of him, too? LOL

Thats right!!!!! where did he go?
any way, I dont think he will do any good for the show now. the available cast is more than enough.

Who cares where this guy went! Im not being rude or anything but the show has enough annoying useless characters that eat up screen time! Seriously save us the agony & leave him where ever he is!
