KITT IN THE GIMBAL QUERY
This may well have been answered before.........and yes Im to lazy to search through all the threads.......
If KI3T is supposed to have a relatively straight forward engine design, whats stopping all the fluids from draining out when he's rotated upside down on the Gimbal?
I realise the real car in the SSC set has no engine, but whats up with that?

Re: KITT IN THE GIMBAL QUERY
Thats kind of what I meant but I was looking for an explanation as to how they explain it from the TV show point of view..............oh wait.........transforms into an F150..........Kitt makes replica car keys........gotigers1 wrote:The one they use in the gimbal has no engine as well.

Oh man don't you know? It's the nanotech! lol it seals everything off nice and tight or maybe the motor just disappears.

The same thing that stops water from falling out of a bucket when you spin it over your head.
I'm sure if they left it hanging up side down they'd start getting some sort of leakage from somewhere, although most modern engines are pretty well sealed up, otherwise you'd have stuff squirting out while they where running all the time.

I guess i shouldnt worry about fluid leaks if he can transform into a flatbed or if you been reading the spoilers a van.

Re: KITT IN THE GIMBAL QUERY
No fluids at all! He was built from uh... nanotech and is run by an electric motor.
Oh wait, the backdoor pilot said KITT runs on normal fuel... so maybe they changed it somehow later.
