your season 4 overhead console is fantastic but there is one thing that could be improved is a second row of buttons next to the coloured ones that are there now.

Other than mould your own console I can't think of anything. You gonna spray tint the front windscreen?

its probably not a problem only having one row of buttons you aren't going to notice unless you look VERY carefully.
Great Job!

I cheat and leave the overhead console, as said above you can hardly see it once the model made up anyway.

I only have a season 1 KITT & season 3 KARR in stock, all the others I make are sold straight away so I have nothing to photograph.
I have looked in my photo albums and can't see any pics of season 4 overhead consoles, is that what you after ??

So its a "tinted windows" mode KITT
this could also be referred to as his sun glasses as said in that ep with the phantom of stage 28 (anyone help me out with that name?)
Devon-"Shall we drink to the start of.."
Michael-"Of what?"
Devon-"One mans Dream"

Yeah, I don't get why ERTL tinted the rear windows, atleast you only had front screen to do LOL

Way cool dude!!! You even changed the dashboard to the 1-TV dash from seasons 3 and 4!!!! Even the top button console is changed!!! Brilliant!
Also love the front part of KITT which shows it is a season 4 KITT.... What did you use for the foglight? It looks good.. But it also looks really white....
A pity though that the door windows are opened.... Are you going to install blackened windows for the doors as well or are you just going to leave it as it is?
Oh ya, remember in that episode KITTnap, KITT's driver seat was shot at... Bullet holes were all over the seat.. Just curious, will you be doing that bullet holes effect on the driver seat as well?

That great Josch, like the way you cut the dash to fit 1 larger screen & nice clear dash detailing.
Yes I think yo u should make up some side windows, would finish it off very nicely.

Yup... The license plate looks bright and striking compared to the light colour and the hard to see KNIGHT words with wrong fonts on the ERTL model....
