Was "KNIGHT" ever registered under Universal

Hi I just wanted to know if the "KNIGHT" license plate was ever registered under Universal Studios through the Department of Motor Vehicles.

no!...it was somebody else's license plate number ,so the studio paid the registered owner of the plate for the shows use of it!

Weirdly, I live next door to the owner of the KNIGHT plate in Rhode Island, and his brother has the KNIGHT plate in Mass. They have no clue about the show, but since it is the family name, they won't give it up.
