Ack! I guess too much shoveling snow froze my brain! I thought I had said 9am Friday... I sincerely do apologize. Hey, we are all human. I'm sorry to everyone who took place in it but I am going to have to reneg on my earlier decision. To be fair I did say Monday.. and it would be unfair to end this early. I know I probably have soured peoples enjoyment of working on this, and I do apologize, it wasn't done with any malicious intent in mind.

BTW Neil, seeing as you asked for the banner for the xmas theme you have forgotton to add that said banner in the theme of Hoilday KRO.

Yup, I took the Holiday logo off because I wrongly ended the competition early, so its back to the original logo.

Nope, in fact I like it better that way! I was thinking of doing the same thing, but decided against it since it's very similar to my fourth entry, and I'm running out of space on my measley 1MB image hoster anyway. >:p

BTW, may I ask what typeface is used for the logo, Neil? I couldn't seem to find an exact match on my PC, so I'm guessing it's Mac-exclusive?

i still like the one i changed to blue, nexus.. btw, the font is rotis san serif. i already looked for it. you have to buy the font, i couldn't find a free version of it anywhere. i even looked on the macs at school to see if it was mac only and they didn't have it either.

Thanks for the info KITT. That last one is the one you changed, I just applied an omni-directional lighting effect...still can't decide what I like better. :/

Now this is getting convoluted: I changed the hue and brightness on KITT's alteration of the revised version of my first entry. (phew!)

I read what you guys said about the lighting effect, and you're right: I viewed it on an LCD monitor, and it's kind of...glaring. My CRT is getting old.

Oh, and those snowflakes at Omni are pretty nifty.
